What are the delivery times?
After preparation, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 3 working days depending on the carrier chosen.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order is late or appears to be stuck, contact our customer service with your order number.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not do exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item to us and place a new order.
When will I be refunded after a return?
Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 7 to 15 working days on the initial payment method.
